Google Workspace - Organizational Units

Dear PeopleForce Team,

We are actively utilizing your Google Workspace Integration to streamline user and team management across our organization. However, we have identified a key limitation that is affecting our workflow — the current integration does not support Organizational Units (OUs) from Google Workspace.

Organizational Units are a core component of our user structure within Google Workspace, as they represent our departments, teams, and access policies. The ability to map and utilize these OUs directly within PeopleForce would significantly enhance:

• User segmentation based on department or role

• Permission management aligned with Google Workspace structure

• Automated onboarding/offboarding workflows

• Automated subscribing to Dynamic Google Workspace Groups based on OUs

• Compliance and audit alignment across systems
