HR Core - Integration of Egov EDS for Document Signing

In Kazakhstan, electronic document signing is legally recognized only when done via Egov EDS (Electronic Digital Signature). This system ensures compliance by embedding a QR-coded signature into documents, making them legally equivalent to handwritten signatures.
Currently, PF’s electronic signing feature is not legally valid for our organization and many other businesses in Kazakhstan unless it integrates with Egov EDS. Implementing this feature would significantly enhance the relevance and adoption of PF in the region by ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Integration with Egov EDS to allow legally valid electronic signing.

• QR-coded signature to be automatically imprinted on signed documents.

• Compliance with Kazakhstan’s electronic document requirements.
