Kudos feature

Would be smashing to introduce the feature of giving and receiving kudos within the team for employees recognition

Something like that: as an employee I want to browse other team members profiles and see a button for giving kudos (or as a part of the “quick add” button). I can insert some text what is my kudos for, pick the receiver and send it.

As a manager I can see the list of all kudos in the team and the statistics. Also it would be nice to have ability for choosing the settings: whether the kudos are public (published as announcements) or private
