Make it possible to set up a waiting room in zoom when planning an interview.

Now, when planning an interview, you may add a Zoom meeting, but by default, the settings include a waiting room. This can be inconvenient if the host of the Zoom meeting is not required to attend the interview or if they are late for the meeting. The meeting may either not start on time or start late. I would like to have the ability to configure this setting so that the interview can start on time and without delay.
