Parsing of Full name from resume

1. Than we upload a resume from a file, the field of the candidate's name is not filled. We need to fix it that way the system understands the full name and fills this field automatically.

2. Then we upload a resume from a file, there is no location field. We need to add a field. The field must be filled in automatically from the resume.
