Setting up the visibility of the interview on the Google calendar.

When creating an interview on the Google Calendar from the PF (project management tool), it is set to be closed to the rest of the team. This is not ideal, as it can make it difficult for the rest of the team to know what is going on and how they can contribute. I would like the option to change this parameter to make the interview open to the team, or at least provide a way for them to see what is happening without needing to open up all the meetings. This would help with transparency and understanding of the process, and allow the team to contribute more effectively. In some cases, it may be necessary to keep the interview closed to the team for privacy reasons or other confidentiality concerns. However, in other cases, it would be beneficial for the team to be involved in the process. If this issue cannot be resolved, it will make the recruiter's Google Calendar look like a series of busy events without clear guidance on what employment opportunities are available.This could lead to confusion and lack of understanding among the team members, which is not ideal.
