Termination data - custom field for regretted / non-regretted loss

Hi All,

Under the termination data, is it possible to create one more separate custom field?

We would use it to mark regretted and non-regretted exits, which is not the same as “eligible for rehire” field.

For example under or above the comment section.

We need a separate field, as the comment section can contain many other information, therefore it is not filterable in a report, if I want to check regretted exits.
